New Loan Signing
Bristol Rovers completed the loan signing of 18-year-old winger Philip Sanyaolu from Championship side Queens Park Rangers on Monday, 24 August 2026. Sanyaolu, who has just signed his first professional contract with QPR, expressed his enthusiasm in a statement to club media: "It feels really good to be at Bristol Rovers. I’m just excited to get going. I’ve done my research on the club, and I know about the fans and the squad, and especially being a big League Two team, I know it is the right move for my career." Sanyaolu joined QPR’s academy at the age of eight and has progressed through the club’s youth ranks. He was part of the Development Squad that lifted the London Senior Cup and the Premier League Cup in 2025.
